Description

CRM (customer relationship management) department enables a business to manage its relationships with customers, service users, colleagues, partners and suppliers using Salesforce CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

-Provide 2nd tier support for any issues and bugs that are reported on the Salesforce platform

-Support multiple customizations, responsible for evaluating, customizing, implementing and testing. Translate business requirements into highly scalable and sustainable working business and technical solution

Requirements

-Engineering/Computer science/Information systems student – at least 1.5 years

-Last Bachelor’s degree year

-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

-High technical and technological capabilities, attention to details and accuracy

-Problem-solving and multitasking skills

-Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and highly motivated

-Strong self-learning abilities.

-Good analytical skills.

-Expected employment – at least 3 full days a week

Advantages:
