We are currently looking for a passionate Product Analyst to join our Product team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with all product teams, account managers, and business teams. They will be part of the team that manages the fraud product of the company, playing a key role in developing and enhancing our offering in this critical area.
As a Product Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to enhance the product. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our fraud product is designed, developed, and delivered with the highest quality standards.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for both product development and data analysis, and who can seamlessly navigate everything in between;
Scope of Responsibility:
·Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing and periodical analysis
·Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
·Locate and define optimization opportunities
·Consulting services for key clients on means of optimization based on analyses results
·Proactively analyze data to answer key questions with self-initiated curiosity and an eye for what drives business performance.
·Investigate and communicate areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
·BSc in industrial engineering / economics / Computer Science or equivalent – a must
·Strong Excel skills – a MUST
·1-2 years of work experience as a data analyst – a must
·Strong proficiency in the English language (verbal and written) – a must
·An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
·Attention to detail
·Strong communication skills
·Knowledge in SQL and Python- advantage
·Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high paced environment.
