Responsibilities:
- Take primary responsibility for Hardware installation and maintenance (Mac/Lenovo, Printers, TV, etc.)
- Software installation and maintenance
- Internet Lan and Wi-Fi maintenance (APs, Switchs, FW)
- Responsible for the physical security system (VPN, Access control, etc.)
- New employee/leaving onboarding
- Manage users in G-Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Last Pass
- Windows Active directory Management (DNS, Group Policy)
- IT procurement
- Ticketing System
- Putting in motion diverse IT projects
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as Help Desk specialist- Must
- Proven experience operating Mac systems – Must
- Proven experience in support conference rooms – Must
- Proven experience operating Microsoft systems – Must
- Hardware and software troubleshooting experience- Must
- Network failure troubleshooting.
- Proven experience working with various 3rd party providers – Must
- Knowledge of Google G-suite and Microsoft Office 365
- Proven experience with cloud phone systems- Advantage
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, service-oriented
- Fluent English speaker – Must
- Highly Organized
- A positive, high energy team player
